WOW guys . . . that was the most disappointing prawn malabar ever!! I am not one to complain... especially about curry as a cuisine as I love it. I have had your Prawn Malabar from Westlake as sit in and take away and have raved about it to family and friends. Nice plump plentiful prawns and great size portion awesome flavour. How i was disapointed with this dish i just recieved as take away from Lakeside branch!! Oh my!! I recieved a double portion rice container for 2 people which was half empty 3 mushy small over cooked prawns per portion, asked for Cucumber Rita and got some black sweet sauce. Not up to standard guys just thought you should know. 👎👎👎read more

We have ordered frequently from Punjab and it has always been a fantastic experience. Today was... horrendous. Our food took an hour and a half (we live 2 mins from the restaurant), it was ice cold, the portion was tiny (we have sent you a photo compared with a teaspoon) and the overall quality was terribly poor. So disappointed.read more

I just want to really compliment the chef. The food was OUTSTANDING.
We’ve been on a bit of a... curry/roti hunt and were constantly disappointed.
We were at the stage, where just want one that was good-ish.
But your rotis really excelled. Portions were also big. I finished my roti the next morning.....to my delight.
My husband just finished his (Wednesday) is already talking about getting one on Friday.read more

The food was very good. Meal presentation was a surprise! My brinjal dish was just like a stew and... I couldn't see the ingredients! Juliette our waitress was friendly, however, a little training needed when presenting food at the table.read more

Literally some of the WORST service I have ever received! Phoned in an order we placed from their... website menu, when we arrived to collect we noticed the prices were substantially more. When we queried this with the guy at the counter he insisted it wasnt his website (It most definitely was). We asked that he call the manager as they need to honor the prices they advertise, the manager simply said take those prices or leave the food, so we left and will NEVER return and will let people now what shocking service this place has.read more

I phoned in an order for delivery 1 hour and 40 minutes ago and counting... and I am still waiting... for delivery...even though your staff at the Kenilworth branch called 30 mins ago to say that the delivery was on its way....will I be receiving any food today or should I be looking elsewhere for my lunch?read more

So disappointed - we have been ordering regularly with Punjab for close to two years (weekly). Last... week Wednesday we ordered with uber eats for convenience. What a night mare the restaurant gave the uber driver the wrong meal and we ended up with another family’s meal. When I phoned in I was told to bring the food back to restaurant as their was no driver to collect (so inconvenient even though it was meant to convenient) Then I had to wait at the restaurant for them to remake our order (for a family of 5 at 8.30pm). When we finally sat down to eat our naans were raw. I was told the owner would call us the next day to make right with us. I heard nothing back so I decided to pop into restaurant a week later to follow up. The manager had to phone the owner to remind him who I was and the owner still mixed me up with someone else and then offered me a Dahl and few samosas for my inconvenience. I am disappointed with the owners customer service as I did not feel heard in that we ordered for convenience and it has taken me an hour and a half of my time to get my meal right and then to be told he would make good to me and offer me a R80 Dahl for my wasted time. The owner did make use of the call to tell me that they would be using their own delivery service though as if that helps my problem !read more
